भारतीय रिजर्व बैंक आरबीआई ने मंगलवार को आम लोगों को सहूलियत के लिए खास यूपीआई सेवा शुरू की है

अब यूपीआई 123 पर के माध्यम से साधारण फीचर मोबाइल से डिजिटल पेमेंट कर सकते हैं |

इसके लिए इंटरनेट कनेक्शन की भी आवश्यकता नहीं पड़ेगी आरबीआई के गवर्नर शशिकांत ने ट्वीट करके यह जानकारी दी है

कि डिजिटल पेमेंट के लिए 24 घंटे हेल्पलाइन डीजी साथी सेवा भी शुरू की गई है

और दूरसंचार नियामक ट्राई के आंकड़ों के अनुसार अक्टूबर 2021 तक देश में 118 करोड मोबाइल उपभोक्ता हैं

इनमें 74 करोड लोगों के पास स्मार्टफोन है बाकी 44 करोड ग्राहकों के पास केवल साधारण मोबाइल है

इनमें ज्यादातर ग्रामीण क्षेत्र के निवासी है |

अधिकांश स्मार्टफोन उपभोक्ता यूपीआई के जरिए वित्तीय लेनदेन करते हैं आरबीआई ने दिसंबर में फीचर यानी साधारण फोन के लिए डिजिटल भुगतान सिस्टम लांच करने की घोषणा की थी यूपीआई का पूरा नाम एकीकृत भुगतान इंटरफ़ेस है यानी यूनिफाइड पेमेंट इंटरफ़ेस अभी तक फीचर फोन ग्राहक इस सुविधा से वंचित थे |

डिजिटल भुगतान सेवा के लिए डीजे साथी हेल्पलाइन शुरू की गई है इसे एनपीसीआई ने तैयार किया है फोन नंबर 14 431 और 1800 891 3333 पर ग्राहक शिकायतें दर्ज करा सकते हैं या मदद ले सकते हैं इसकी वेबसाइट डब्ल्यू डब्ल्यू डॉट डीजे साथी इन्फो पर भी संदेश भेज सकते हैं

सेवा का लाभ लेने के लिए ग्राहकों को बैंक खाता फीचर फोन से लिंक कराना होगा लेनदेन के लिए चार तकनीक विकल्प मिलेंगे आईवीआर नंबर पर कॉल फोन में ऐप की कार्य क्षमता मिस कॉल आधारित विधि व प्रॉक्सिमिटी साउंड आधारित पेमेंट इन में शामिल है

यूपीआई 123 पे के जरिए फीचर फोन उपयोगकर्ता दोस्त परिवार को पैसे भेज सकते हैं, बिलों का भुगतान कर सकते हैं, फास्ट्रेग का रिचार्ज कर सकते हैं ,ऐप स्कैन और भुगतान को छोड़कर लगभग सभी लेनदेन के लिए साधारण फोन के इस्तेमाल की अनुमति होगी |

DJ Sathi Helpline has been launched for digital payment service. It has been created by NPCI. Customers can register complaints or seek help on phone numbers 14 431 and 1800 891 3333. Also send message on its website wcanww.djsathiinfo.
